Bring the Vacation to You!

Summer vacation is a time where we all enjoy traveling!  However, there may be circumstances in which we may not be able to enjoy traveling (e.g., not enough time, limited finances, having a child with special needs); however, this does not mean that you can’t enjoy the vacation or ‘staycation.” An example could be planning activities such as, going camping in the backyard by bringing out the tents and setting them up in the comfort of your home; another idea could be creating a “butterfly” picnic in your yard by setting up a picnic, making butterfly wings, and if possible, releasing the butterflies you grew from your amazing butterfly growing kit.
